After the success of the new high efficiency heating system, The Watermark is following the Governments initiative and going for PV Solar panels to be located on our roof space, these will provide 50% of our day time electricity needs, and along with the new gas boilers we introduced last year The Watermark’s carbon foot print will be reduced in total by 45 tonnes co2 per annum, all we need now is the all clear from Preston City Council, watch this space.
